Arunachal: 5 dead, one injured in ‘Kamle’ road accident

Itanagar, Feb 27 (UNI) Five people died and a toddler sustained serious injuries when the vehicle they were travelling in skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge in between Bopi and Godak villages, around 38 KM from Raga, the headquarters of Kamle district, of Arunachal Pradesh last night, police said on Tuesday.
Police identified the deceased as Getor Pagmen (33), Pakmar Paksok (21), Tania Yudik (40), Tajum Nuk (24) and Beto Marde (24) – all males, Raga Police Station officer-in-charge D Dulom said.
The seriously injured minor boy Libo Paksok (3) was shifted to TRIHMS, Naharlagun for further treatment after administering first aid at the Muri Mugli PHC.
