AFC Grassroot Day: J&K's renowned Vijay Club receives appreciation certificate from AIFF

Jammu, June 18 (UNI) One of the oldest and most renowned football clubs of Jammu and Kashmir, Vijay Club, has been felicitated with a "Certificate of Appreciation" in recognition of its outstanding contribution to youth development and sports excellence in the region from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Grassroots Initiative.
Under the leadership of Club Chairman Mohit Verma and the dedicated guidance of Coach Dhananjay Sharma (NIS Diploma and AFC licensed coach), Vijay Club has consistently set new benchmarks in nurturing young talent and promoting a culture of discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has extended its appreciation to top ISL and I-League clubs like Kerala Blasters, Churchill Brothers, JSW Bengaluru FC, Chennaiyin FC, Mohammedan Sporting Club and esteemed organisations like Tata Steel Foundation.
