Bengaluru, Jan 31 (UNI) Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi on Tuesday said her party will contest all 224 assembly seats in the upcoming elections in the state and added that the first list of candidates will be announced in March first week.
She said both BJP and Congress are copy cats which bring in schemes which have been implemented by the AAP government in Delhi and Punjab.
"The Congress (in Karnataka) is promising 200 units of free electricity if voted to power, which is similar to our scheme. This scheme has been implemented in Delhi," Atishi told reporters here.
She said the people of Karnataka will not believe the assurance of the Congress to give free electricity if it comes to power. "People will believe the Congress party only when it provides free power in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Himachal Pradesh, where it is ruling," he said.
On JDS, Atishi said the entire election agenda of the Karnataka assembly election has been set by AAP as people are tired of corruption, and want a change, she said.
